Dr. Norman Harris, MD
Plastic Surgeon, Medical Director
Dr. Norman Harris is a Kansas native and graduated with distinction from the University of Kansas in 1980 and University of Kansas Medical School in 1984. He completed his general surgery and plastic surgery residences with honors at the University of Kansas in 1989. He was selected to be the hand/microsurgery fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1990 and was an instructor in surgery for Harvard Medical School. After ten years at a private practice in Clearwater, Florida, Dr. Harris moved to Roanoke in 2000 and has built a successful private practice. Dr. Harris is on staff at the LewisGale Medical Center, is an associate professor of plastic surgery at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and an assistant professor at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine.
As Medical Director at Belle Santé, Dr. Harris provides in-person consultations and oversees a team of skilled professionals, ensuring that every aspect of patient care meets the highest standards. He is actively involved in integrating the latest advancements in non-surgical aesthetics with the clinic's offerings. His leadership significantly contributes to the spa's reputation for excellence.

Mary Beth is a Registered Nurse injector under the supervision of Dr. Norman Harris. She has been in the medical esthetics industry for 18 years. She became licensed to teach esthetics and master esthetics in 2008. She enjoys paving a career path for the esthetics students who attend the Belle Sante School of Esthetics.
As a small business owner, she is happy to provide a safe, approachable, and well-guided environment for clients to enjoy everything skincare-related. The team of people who work at Belle Sante always remains at the top of her priority list and she loves helping them grow and thrive in their careers.
Her favorite services are botox and dermal filler. She loves the creativity and artistic side of dermal fillers which allows for reshaping lips and lifting the mid-face. Her goal is for her clients to leave with a new found confidence in their appearance while maintaining a healthy approach to the skin care and cosmetic industry.

Pam
Master Esthetician | Massage Therapist | Spa Coordinator
Pam graduated from The Virginia School of Massage in Charlottesville in 1998.She has received a variety of Esthetics training in Richmond and D.C.Pam is able to provide her clients with a strong sense of relaxation through her massage and skin care services. She provides a thorough approach to her work in order to effectively leave each client feeling relaxed and renewed. Pam is undeniably passionate about helping others while encouraging her clients throughout their journey to everyday health and wellness. Pam's favorite services include Relaxation, Prenatal, and Hot Stone Massages, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Lash and Brow Tinting.
Zoe
Master Esthetician
Zoe was raised & graduated High School in Franklin County. She was pursuing a Science Degree at Virginia Western when she discovered the world of Esthetics and changed her educational path. Zoe began her journey at Belle Santé as a Receptionist while simultaneously attending Belle Santé School of Esthetics. She obtained her Basic Esthetics License in July of 2022 and added her Master Esthetics License in March of 2023. Zoe’s favorite treatments include dermaplaning, microneedling, and hydrafacials. She prides herself in providing a safe space for her clients to ask questions and try new treatments. Her favorite part of working with Belle Santé is relating with clients and learning new perspectives on life. She enjoys trying new restaurants, food places, and coffee shops in her free time!
Liz
Master Esthetician
Liz joined our team in October of 2022 as a Master Esthetician. She gained her passion for skin care by healing her own skin and wanting to help others do the same. She graduated from esthetics school in June of 2019 and worked in dermatology for two years as a medical assistant and Esthetician. Her career goal is to give her clients the tools to make their skin as healthy as possible while helping them gain confidence they deserve. Liz’s favorite services include Lash & Brow Tinting, HydraFacial, and Chemical Peels. She enjoys painting/art, movies, and spending time with her fur babies!
Marie
Master Esthetician | Clinical Certified Medical Assistant
Marie graduated from Starkey Medical School Of Esthetics of Roanoke in 2009 while working in the healthcare field. She has worked in OB/GYN and private practice doing HRT/Wellness along with some dermatology. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and enjoys helping people be healthy and happy both mentally and physically. Marie has no favorite service as she loves to do them all. Her philosophy is that each service provides her with the satisfaction of making someone feel happy and well taken care of. Marie loves reading, exercise, camping and hiking.
Madilyn
Esthetician
Madilyn has always loved everything to do with skincare and makeup. She graduated high school in 2022 one year early to pursue her career in esthetics. She then earned her Basic Esthetics license in August of 2023 and is continuing her education to become licensed as a Master Esthetician next year. Madilyn’s favorite services are facials and eyebrow services including waxing, threading, shaping, and tinting. She also has a lot of passion for the makeup industry and has long-term goals of becoming a Permanent Makeup Artist. Madilyn’s goal is to help her clients feel confident and love themselves inside and out. Outside of work she loves spending time with her family, listening to music, and focusing on her own health with exercise and self-care.

She loves dogs, music, food, travel and crafting/sewing!
Tammy
Massage Therapist
Tammy is a Virginia State Licensed and Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist. She's a 2007 graduate of Daniels Institute of Massage here in Roanoke, Virginia. She has worked here at Belle Santé as a Massage Therapist since 2013. Prior to joining the team here at Belle Santé , Tammy worked in a private practice and in a chiropractic office setting. Tammy enjoys helping helping her clients achieve their personal goals for their massage sessions, whether you are seeking relaxation and stress relief, sports performance oriented massage, increased movement and range of motion, deep tissue bodywork, relief of painful muscles, or Energy work. Tammy has completed continuing education courses in several bodywork modalities over the years, including Deep Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Reiki and Reiki Level II, Basic Orthopedic Massage Assessment Techniques, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Prenatal Massage. In her off time, she enjoys family time, and spending time with her four rescue cats, spending time outdoors and on the local greenways, hiking, beach vacations, visiting local craft breweries and restaurants, and furthering her Massage Therapy education to better serve her clients needs.

Cayley has been a licensed therapist since graduating in February 2016. What she enjoys most about her job is helping her clients find relief from chronic pain. Amanda has been a licensed therapist since graduating in December 2015. She enjoys all modalities of massage. Her favorites are Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stones. Amanda loves to help her clients relax and relieve day to day stress. When she is not at work, she enjoys hanging out with her cat, grabbing a coffee, playing video games and taking road trips.

Jacqueline joined our team in January 2024 as a Receptionist and quickly moved into her new role as the Front Desk Coordinator. She came to us with 9 years of extrodinary customer service experience! Jacqueline has always had a passion for makeup and skin care which led her to starting her own very successful business of bridal and special occasion makeup. Aside from loving makeup she loves reading, coffee, and her two beautiful daughters.
Brittney
Receptionist
Brittney joined our team as a Receptionist in May 2024 after completing her Basic Esthetics course here at Belle Santé. She will start the Master Esthetics course in August 2024. Brittney has had a love for skin care since graduating high school in West Virginia, where she was born and raised. She has a twin sister who also is a Master Esthetician, they have a dream to work together in the future! In Brittney’s spare time, she likes to do anything outdoors; camping, hiking and white water rafting are some of her favorite activities, with sunscreen of course!
